WHAT can be returned?
If for some reason when you recieve the product you wish to return it - this can be done as long as it is un-opened and un-used. If you are returning a product as you have changed your mind, then you simply get the item back to us, at your cost, once we have the item and it has been inspected, we shall isue a credit or refund.

Only unopened and unused items can be returned.

SALE items can not be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any claim of an item incorrectly sent or issues with delivery MUST BE within 7 days from receipt of goods.

Any issues with product must be within warranty terms if applicable.

HOW do customers return items?
When you return an item you will need to provide a copy of the invoice. Please contact us first before returning an item so a RMA number can be issued. Original packaging must be included.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping of your original order is non-refundable. If you are returning goods due to change of mind, wrong sizing, warranty issue - the cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the customer - if goods are claimed under waranty and it is proven a warranty claim then the item will be repaied or replaced at the discretion of Artero Australia and freight of the replaced or repaired item back to the customer will be at our expense.

If goods are exchanged due to wrong selection or change of mind then return of items and sending of new items is at the customers expense.

CREDIT for returns?
Any item returned in unused, unopened state will be either provided a store credit or refunded. Refunds will ONLY be processed by the original payment method (e.g order was paid by PayPal - refund will be by PayPal) Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

Packing materials?
Items need to be safely packed with original packing. If items are damaged during the transit back to us, then it is the responsibility of the customer to prove it was safely packed or to make a claim with the postal or freight comapny they have used.
